I’m writing this letter to all who are responsible for the performance reviews/appraisals of Susan Ernst, William Raveis Real Estate/Westford.

As a first-time William Raveis customer, I want to let you know how pleased and impressed I was with the knowledge, performance and responsiveness of Susan Ernst.

My wife wrote to Susan about two months ago, letting her know our family was being moved from Connecticut to Massachusetts and was wondering if she could help us find a home in the Metrowest area. We originally were looking in Westford and actually ran across Susan’s contact information while surfing the Internet. She looked nice so we took a leap of faith.

Well, I have to tell you – I was truly blown away by the level of service provided by Susan. Working daily with Susan Ernst was a pleasure – Her knowledge, level of expertise, efficiency and responsiveness was like nothing I’d ever seen. Even when we switched our search to Hopkinton, it didn’t seem to be a challenge or problem for Susan. I’ve been in the communications business for over 15 years and have never experienced the type of customer service that Susan was able to provide to us. My home search was expedited cleanly and efficiently, with Susan keeping us posted every step of the way. I didn’t have to call for updates – Susan knew how tight our deadlines were – and she was able to find us the right home for our family.

The movers just left today and are thrilled with our new home at 16 Stoney Brook in Hopkinton. I want to thank Susan for making this difficult time a much easier and less stressful process. William Raveis can expect a ton of referrals moving forward as I have many associates who are in the process of relocating.
