I wanted to write to let you know what a wonderful experience I have had working with Susan Ernst.  She is a gem, and you are very lucky to have her on your team.

I first met Susan almost two years ago, when I sold my house on Magnolia Drive in Westford.  My husband and I were divorcing, and moving out of that house was a very emotional experience for me.  Susan handled the sale of our home with tact, sensitivity, and a degree of professionalism that I have not seen in any other realtor I have ever worked with.  She overlooked no detail, and she had our home sold within 3 days of being on the market.  Susan always made me feel like she was looking out for me, that I wasn’t just a commission for her.  She truly cared, and I can’t tell you how much that meant to me.  I was not the only one who felt that way about Susan.  My ex-husband also looked to her once again when he purchased a condo.

Recently, I decided to open my own business, a women’s clothing boutique in Groton.  I immediately called Susan to help me find a rental location.  Although this was not her specialty and I’m sure she was barely making any money from it, she tackled it with the same amount of dedication that she used when she sold my home.  Susan was always available to take my calls, listen to my concerns, and act as an advocate for me.  I don’t know how I could have done this without her.  Susan has impressed me so much that she has actually become a role model and an inspiration to me as a businesswoman; I aspire to show my clients the same amount of care and service that Susan has shown to me.

Hopefully, my business will be a success and I will soon be in a position to buy a new home of my own.  When that time comes, I assure you, Susan Ernst will be the first person I call.
