Having recently complete the sale of our home at 21 Empire Street in Chelmsford and the purchase of our new home at 30 Byam Road, I could not let our experience working with Susan Ernst go without comment.

When we first began the home sale/purchase process, we had recently had a baby and the thought of making a move was very stressful.  My husband and I contemplated trying to sell our home on our own to save money but we reluctantly decided to sign on with a real estate agent in the hopes of making the process a bit easier.
